Dr. Oz’s Diet Plan + Mayo Clinic Diet

September 7th, 2009 No comments »

Dr. Oz’s diet plan is pretty straight-forward. Walk 10,000 steps a day, eat 100 calories less than you normally would, eat high-fiber foods and avoid the unhealthy foods. In his book he is giving great advice how to customize your diet plan and what foods you could add. Important, never add foods you don’t like. Although I have to say that you can get used to other foods. If you are used to sweet, white flavour foods and other unhealthy food you should just try to eat whole-grain for a while. It doesn’t taste that bad. There’s also whole-grain sandwiches, which are great to get used to whole-grain bread.
What are unhealthy foods? Try to avoid sugar,High-fructose corn syrup, saturated fats (get Omega 3 fats), hydrogenated oil (which is in magarine and other foods that have a long shelf life.

Joining a weight loss program or going on a diet is the best option available if you wish to lose weight fast. You should also consider buying Dr Oz’s book YOU: On a diet, if you haven’t done that already, it basically covers everything you need to know about dieting. Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen also developed a great diet plan that helped millions of people. I’d say Dr. Oz’s book is one of the best books that you will find anywhere. Make sure to read the tips about losing belly fat on page 11. You will also find a lot of dieting guidelines on the Dr. Oz website!

I will keep adding some lists of healthy foods, I think that this can help more people. On my diet, I noticed that I feel a lot better when I exercise every day and take Aloe Vera (Honey). Really helped me a lot.
