Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen also developed a great diet plan that helped millions of people. I’d say Dr. Oz’s book is one of the best books that you will find anywhere. Make sure to read the tips about losing belly fat on page 11. You will also find a lot of dieting guidelines on the Dr. Oz website!
I will keep adding some lists of healthy foods, I think that this can help more people. On my diet, I noticed that I feel a lot better when I exercise every day and take Aloe Vera (Honey). Really helped me a lot.

Resveratrol, the red wine pill, has many health benefits. Actually it can help you to do many things at once.
It can help you to prevent many diseases, it’s a great anti-oxidant, it will improve your mood, increase your energy and metabolism and best of all increase your lifespan. All of this sounds incredible, but studies show that Resveratrol is really effective. It is a natural compound that has been found in many plants and foods like chocolate, red wine and cinnamon. Athletes take Resveratrol to run longer distances in a shorter time.
In clinical trials it is being used to treat certain forms of cancer (colon cancer) and other diseases. It may also help to prevent Alzheimer. The french paradox says that the French have a lower rate of heart diseases and Alzheimer than Americans because of their high consumption of red wine.

The greater omentum is right in front of your stomach, while the lesser omentum covers the liver. The omentum stores your fat. When you loose weight, your omentum will also decrease in size. It can also stores hormones (cortisol). So if you have a lot of stress at work every day you will have a hard time to reduce the size of your omentum.
