Antioxidant drinks – Dr Oz’s Anti-Aging Checklist

For the average American coffee is the main source of anti-oxidants. Dr Oz recommends to drink green tea instead.

Sidenote: Coffee has a lot benefits too. Caffeine is being used to treat Alzheimer for example.

Aside from green tea, there is white tea. It is extracted of the same plant as green tea, but in a different way.

Also Dr Oz’s Green Drink is a great source of antioxidants.

Here’s the recipe for Dr Oz’s Green Drink:

  • 2 apples, cored
  • 1 thumbnail length of ginger root, peeled
  • 1 lemon - juice only (use peel slice for zest)
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
