You should also consider buying Dr Oz’s book YOU: On a diet, if you haven’t done that already, it basically covers everything you need to know about dieting. Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen also developed a great diet plan that helped millions of people. I’d say Dr. Oz’s book is one of the best books that you will find anywhere. Make sure to read the tips about losing belly fat on page 11. You will also find a lot of dieting guidelines on the Dr. Oz website!
I will keep adding some lists of healthy foods, I think that this can help more people. On my diet, I noticed that I feel a lot better when I exercise every day and take Aloe Vera (Honey). Really helped me a lot.
